Online course for QualiWare clients
We are excited to introduce a digital learning course for QualiWare clients. The title of the course is Smart Management and Architecture.
We have developed the course to increase the awareness of our offerings and the Centre of Excellence. It also provides an online forum for clients across countries to share their experiences and insights. The course targets all clients who want to develop their knowledge about QualiWare.
What is expected from me?
This version of the course is completely free to all participants, and clients can enroll as many of their staff as they want.
We expect participants to spend between 10 to 15 hours in total to complete the course. Thanks to digitization, course participation is unconstrained by time and place. Feel free to take the course at your own pace and at your favorite location.
What can I learn?
The course covers a wide range of themes, including process management, risk management, GDPR, customer journey mapping, capability mapping, the role of the enterprise architect and an introduction to QualiWare X. The course features a high degree of interactivity through videos, online discussions, and quizzes.
