How to register a Customer Complaint:
1. Go to the drop down menu item Compliance/Complaints
2. Choose Create
3. Fill out form fields – Click here to see description of the form fields within the Tabs
4. Click OK to save all entries, a Complaint is registered
How to edit and send Customer Complaint to handling:
1. Go to the drop down menu item Compliance/Complaints
2. Choose a Customer Complaint
3. Press Edit
4. Edit the form fields – Click here to see description of the form fields within the Tabs
5. Click OK to save all entries, a Customer Complaint has been edited
6. Press Handling under Governance Action
7. The Customer Complaint is send to Handling
How to edit and send the Customer Complaint to finished:
1. Go to the drop down menu item Compliance/Complaints
2. Choose a Customer Complaint
3. Press Edit
4. Edit the form fields – Click here to see description of the form fields within the Tabs
5. Click OK to save all entries, a Customer Complaint has been edited
6. Press Finish under Governance Action
7. The Customer Complaint is send to Finished
How to close a Customer Complaint:
1. Go to the drop down menu item Compliance/Complaints
2. Choose a Customer Complaint
3. Press Close under Governance Action
4. The Customer Complaint is Closed
How to reopen and close a Customer Complaint:
1. Go to the drop down menu item Compliance/Complaints
2. Choose a closed Customer Complaint
3. Press Reopen under Governance Action
4. The Customer Complaint is Reopened
5. To Close the Customer Complaint, go to Governance Action and press Close
4. The Customer Complaint is Closed
