The “improvement schedule” in QualiWare makes it possible to see when the applications needed to perform a Digital Transformation will be delivered. Utilising timeline views within QualiWare, the technology roadmap can be understood in a Gantt chart.
This visual representation allows stakeholders to quickly understand the sequencing of activities and the overall timeline regarding applications within a specific application diagram.
Strategic Roadmap
In QualiWare, it is also possible to show initiatives and their progress, dependencies, or relationships through Strategic Roadmaps. This is done by adding attributes to the elements on the timeline to track crucial information, such as the status, progress, project, trends, or owner of each initiative.
The idea of the strategic roadmap is also to enable specific analyses that can take place to run what-if scenarios and different target scenarios that the decision-makers may want to see.
It is also easy to quickly edit the properties of the strategic roadmap and allocate the necessary descriptions, importance, costs, participating units, processes, affected applications and much more.
