- The HTMLPublisher Properties are opened from QLM (the modelling tool). CTRL+H Opens the HTMLPublisher properties which enables the editing of settings that are relevant to the web.
How can I see the Relations of an Object via the Web Interface
- There are several ways to view an object’s relations, but one effective approach involves using the Repository Explorer to locate the desired object. Once you have found the relevant object, click on the three vertical dots next to it and select the “Visualize” option from the drop-down menu. This action will display the relationships associated with the selected object.

How do I link a Person to a Position?
- To assign a person to the relevant position, first navigate to the position and open its properties. If the person you want to add does not currently exist in the repository, create a new entry for them. If the person already exists in the repository, simply click “Insert” and locate the appropriate individual.
How can I link Persons or Positions to a Role?
- To link Persons or Positions to a Role, first locate or create the desired Role. Next, open its properties and navigate to the “Actors” section. From here, you can either “insert” an existing element or “create” a new one to link to the Role.
How do I link to Documents from the Web Interface?
- To link your document to the desired template, first navigate to the appropriate template. Then, open its properties and locate the “Associated Documents” section. Here, you can either drag and drop the document you want to link or click “Insert” if it is already stored in your repository.
How do I decompose a Symbol into a new diagram?
- First, locate and open the properties of the symbol you want to decompose. Look for the “Breaks down to” option, or in some instances, “Visualized by workflow diagram” if you intend to connect it to a workflow or business process diagram. From there, you can either “create” a new diagram or “insert” an existing one, depending on whether you want to link to a pre-existing diagram or generate a new one.

How can I add a preexisting symbol from repository to a Diagram?
- In the web-modeler, click the “Explorer” button of the left side menu. This action will expand a new menu on the right of the screen, with all the allowed symbols and a list of every instance of them in the repository. Locate the object you wish to add to the Diagram and drag and drop it onto the board.
How can I access the Extended Syntax in the Web-Modeler?
- In the web-modeler, click the “Settings” button on the left side menu. This action will expand a new menu on the right side of the screen. Locate the “Enable Extended Syntax” option and enable it by checking the corresponding box.
How do I insert an Owner or Responsible for a diagram inside the Web-Modeler?
- In the web modeler, click the “Properties” button on the left side menu, which will open a new menu on the right side of the screen. To access the Diagram properties, click the small pencil icon in the top right corner. Within the Diagram properties, you can link a person, role, position, etc., to the Owner and Responsible fields as needed.
How do I create a diagram in the Repository Explorer?
- While in the Repository Explorer, locate the template you want to create on the left side menu. Hover over the template, click the three vertical dots that appear, and then select “Create” from the options provided.

How can I create a new revision of a diagram from the Web Interface? (*)
- To create a new revision, first open the dashboard for the relevant diagram. Then, find the governance button in the top right corner. The button text may vary depending on the diagram’s current stage in the Governance workflow. If visible, pressing the button will advance the diagram to the next phase of the workflow. Continue moving through the workflow until the “Create New Revision” option becomes available, and then click on it to generate a new revision.
