Purpose: The Purpose of the Communication Plan template, is to document communication processes, in terms of key messages to be conveyed and which media should support a social exchange between relevant actors.
Core concerns: The Communication Plan template enables you to model how people exchange information in your enterprise – via what channels and in what business context. You do this by modelling the message being communicate, the channel used and the reach the channel offers. These aspects can be connected by Connections, Associations, Aggregations or Flows.
