In QualiWare X there are standard Desktops and Governance Flows that support GRC. This includes the Compliance Desktop and Risk Management Desktops and the governance workflows and templates for Audit Management, Regulations, Non Conformancies, Change Requests to name the most relevant.
QualiWare makes it easy to maintain an overview of the management system.

Governance Workflows in QualiWare X
QualiWare keeps track of who is doing what in the Management System. All users are signed in via the single-sign-on, and the Governance Workflow Enginee in QualiWare makes it possible to set up different governance flows for different types of content.
A governance workflow defines the governance stages and possible transitions between the stages. For each stage, you define who has access to the available actions, e.g. who can edit the diagram or the symbol, who can approve an object, and who can create a change request associated with the object.

Compliance Desktop
